Education & early career

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shenzhen University (2006–2010) and a master’s degree in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University (2011–2013).

My early experience included an IT engineering internship at DHC Software in Shenzhen, followed by systems engineering work at Chinasoft International in Shanghai.

From engineering to technical leadership

At Chinasoft International, I worked on Linux server management, Oracle database maintenance, monitoring, and system optimization. I later took on project supervision responsibilities before joining Capgemini as a Project Manager in 2020 and moving into my current role in January 2023.
